We require a deposit to secure a booking. Until a deposit is received, the villa is not considered booked.

 

The deposit is £100 a week.

 

The remainder of the payment needs to be made six weeks before the start of the holiday.

 

We can accept payments by BACs through your bank, cheque or paypal. Some of the websites that we advertise on do actually have  internal payment systems, but we would rather deal with you direct and not have a third party involved. If you have any concerns, please speak to us. We are here to help.

With the challenges that the world has faced in 2020 regarding the pandemic situation, we will, of course, be very flexible in supporting any changes if changes are required.
