Links We thought long and hard about how to include links in this web site. We could have scattered adverts and links all over the web site, but we felt that this can get in the way of what you want to do....and that is find out about the villa and your holiday! Therefore here are some links, on a single page, to companies and organisations that we personally have dealt with and in our opinion have given our family good service. Have a look at them, and if you ever go back to the company to purchase something, please try and go through these links. This allows us to claim a few pence off of them! |
Dream Turkish Developments is a partnership set up in Dalyan to help you investigate and eventually build your own villa, for private use or renting out. Please visit the website to discover the opportunities open to you!

Alternative Travel &
Holidays for Flights to Dalaman: For all of our trips out to Turkey, our
friends and family have used Alternative Travel to book our tickets. They
are a traditional travel agency based in London and have always tracked down
tickets at great prices. They are very prompt in getting the tickets out to
you. We have found to our cost when using some online stores the problems of
turning up at the airport to collect an eticket, only to find it does not
exist, or your credit card being charged twice! Don't forget: some ticket
suppliers offer a deal because they do not allow you to make any type of
alteration to the flight. Check when you book!
The contact we have set up at Alternative Travel is "Levent", and he can be reached on 020 7 923 3230 or email him here. Ask for him by name, and he should be able to secure a good deal for you. |

Best Western Acropol Hotel, Istanbul: When our family last went to Turkey, we made it a two stop holiday, and spent several days in Istanbul, where we were looked after at this great hotel in walking distance of the city centre. Contact us for specially arranged discount rates. A double room starts at around US$59!
Dalyan Information web site: We used this web site as research on the town of Dalyan. It has everything that you need to know!
Car Rental: There are not that many people in Dalyan that can rent reliable cars, but these guys are fine. Please use this link initially rather than going through central booking.
Diving: The highlight of our holiday the last time we were in Dalyan was the day that our whole family went diving with the European Diving Centre in Marmaris. None of us had ever been before, and it was an experience of a lifetime. We as parents were 100% comfortable with the guidance and support that the dive team gave both us and our kids as total novices. There is not enough room on this links page to write how good it was. There is a European Dive Centre office in Dalyan who can answer any questions that you may have. They can collect from Dalyan, so you don't need to worry about transport. Go and see them, or contact them through the Marmaris office. Mention the dreamturkishvilla when booking.
Computer Hardware & Software: All of our computer hardware and software has been supplied by Matt Stephenson of Springbok Computers. Springbok Computers are a small bespoke computer company that can supply individual components or complete systems to meet your individual requirements. Customer service and satisfaction are Matt's number one priority.
Book Exchange through Bookcrossing.com: An excellent idea. Read a book, register it, place a special label with a ref number in the inside, and then as others pick up and read the book, they enter the ref number and leave comments on where the book has travelled to. We have made our villa a formal Book Crossing Point.
Cross Stitching Supplies through Not Only But All Sew: A friend of mine has set up a UK based Cross Stitch supplies business specialising in American Folk Art. Charts, kits and supplies are available by Lizzie Kate, Waxing Moon, Linda Myers and The Gentle Art. Lots of unusual patterns from across the pond to keep you cross stitchers busy for days!
PayPal is a great method of both you paying for goods and others paying you. Its very easy to use once set up, but don't leave it to the last minute, as you will need to enter a 3 letter code that appears on your bank statements. Very useful system of transferring money, and cheaper than the bank. Press the logo below to go to the home page.
Interested in purchasing a new house in the states? We have links with Mission Grove who are owned two good English friends of ours and will be very keen to talk to you about property in Califormia.
