The price charged to you is dependant on the actual week(s) booked for 2011. 

A week in May 2011 will cost £500, a week in June 2011 will cost £600, a week in July 2011 will cost £700, a week in August 2011 will cost £800, a week in September 2011 will cost £600 and a week in October 2011 will cost £500.  

Ideally, bookings should run from Sunday 2pm till the following Sunday 12pm, but we always try to be flexible to meet your needs so just talk to us about your flights. If you have six people in the villa, that's £83 per person for the week, or £11 per person per night! All we need is a £50 per week deposit to secure your preferred weeks and full and final payment eight weeks before your holiday date.

Included in our weekly price are the following:

Transport to and from the airport. You get collected by our representative and driven directly to the villa, allowing you to get on with your holiday as soon as possible. At the end of the holiday you are taken back to the airport.

Local English speaking Representative in the town to advise you on making the most of your holiday.

A fully equipped kitchen, not just a beer fridge with a small gas hob, but a proper oven and hob, with a freestanding, full height fridge freezer and washing machine. All the basic cooking equipment to enable you and the family to spend the evening in if you wish to do so. An iron and an ironing board! (We would not want the gentlemen to get withdrawal symptoms now would we?)

Separate shower and bath in the main bathroom, as everyone has their favourite, and there is nothing worse than standing under a bath shower attachment as the water slowly drips from a unit that is three inches to low!

Linen and cleaner supplied, so that you do not have to worry about bath towels, beach towels and bed linen, and the villa is cleaned once a week.

Private garden & swimming pool, so that you and your family can enjoy some peace and quiet.
